WARNING: There is a touch of graphic/disturbing content for animal lovers. Be aware my family is full of hunters/fishermen and fur trappers.

Both of my boys are members of the Conservation Club at school, which is by far one of the best clubs to be involved in due to the fact that they get outdoors help and explore wildlife. In this particular photo, they are just completing the building of several bunny habitats.

I can't tell you how excited I am for these next two photos. Since we've been really getting into our ebay business, I needed a clean work space to do all my duties. I spent 5-6 hours one day preparing my office to a more user-friendly status. This picture was taken on March 11, 2014 and my office has stayed primarily in this state since then. I threatened all who entered to make sure it does.

Nicholas is heavy into trapping this year and Kaila has no problem helping either. They were able to trap this beaver on this day and were ecstatic.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I am an avid scrapbooker. I'm constantly seaching for different ways to utilize space and organize. I saw this idea on Pinterest and have to say that I'm liking it so far. I was able to fit several supplies in this revolving tray that I purchased from Harbor Freight.

Oh, look...it's the children we took to see Divergent, which was great. We had a good time and can't wait for the next movie in 2015!

This photo was taken after a delicious breakfast at King's - my favorite breakfast restaurant. I order the sausage biscuits everytime...amongst other items.

I created the layout below using a Scrap Friends sketch.

Look who wanted to learn to make "snacks" a.k.a. pie crust with cinnamon/sugar. It was too cute.

Here are some other layouts from my scrap weekend.

Not sure whose sketch this is.

Sketchabilities Reveal Day

It is with great pride and a little dismay that I end my term with Sketchabilities. I am very proud to have been on Karan's design team and dismayed that I will no longer get those beautiful sketches in advance.

I thank Karan for entrusting me with designing layouts using her sketches :)

I used an amazing kit from The Scrapping Spot. Speaking of which, they'll be having their April kit up for sale soon. Get yours before they're gone!

It's Sketchabilities Reveal Day!!! It always seems like such a long time between reveals. I just love Karan's sketches! This one is perfect for Christmas layouts. I started out by cutting some cone shaped pieces of cardstock to adhere my decorative punched lines to. It was extremely easy, but time consuming. I really like how they turned out though.

Be sure and check the website for other great examples for this sketch ;)

Wahooooo! It's Sketchabilities Reveal Day! I love being able to share Karan's sketches and the layout that I do for each sketch with you! I always feel so inspired when given a new sketch.

I used a kit from The Scrapping Spot, which incidentally sold out very quickly. I don't have many Fall-type supplies, so this was perfect for the photos of my son that were taken on Thanksgiving Day.

Just a heads-up, Sketchabilities currently has a new Design Team call running. So, if you're interested in Karan's sketches, check out the blog/message board for further details.

Thanks for peeking and please zip over to the Sketchabilities blog for some AWESOME examples of Karan's amazing sketch :)

Sketchabilities!!!

It's another Sketchabilities' Reveal Day!!! I am so thrilled to be on this team and get these sketches early :) Halloween and Sketches...what more do you need? For me, Halloween is without-a-doubt my favorite holiday to scrap. I don't know what it is about it, but it makes me happy. Here's this week's sketch. Enjoy and be sure you upload your take on the sketch at Sketchabilities.

This is my beloved son, Blake eating cotton candy for the first time at a church Trunk or Treat. It was a great day back in 2007.
