Here we are...married 14 years and in love more than ever. I know...sappy isn't it? Charlie hopes the next 14 years don't go by as fast.

Don't we look comfortable? We are enjoying the beautiful evening.

I was fortunate enough to scrap with my peeps the other night and this is one of the layouts I created for a challenge to use a banner at The Scrapping Spot. They have monthly Scrap Your Crap or Stash challenges. I believe I used a Pagemaps sketch for this.
Look at my son who adores cats. He had a run-in with dogs when he was younger, so he's not as fond of them. This kitten's name is Ginger.

Ok. Moving on to Little Miss Kaila. I have these photos going in the opposite sequence that I wanted them in. I just couldn't get over how graceful she looked while jumping off the dock.

Father's Day 2011 - These kids are getting WAY too big. I expect Nick to grow a couple more inches before school starts in August. He's not even 13 and he's taller than I am.
Last, but not least, my beautiful pedicure done by my awesome friend, Lori of Jazzie Nails.

I should have some updates on the bathroom within the next week to ten days :)
Thanks for stopping by!

I have to tell you that I am just thoroughly enjoying life! My Summer is packed with great activities, my bathroom is on the upward swing of getting completed, I'm losing a little bit of weight and my kids are doing great! What's not to love?

Here's a layout I did using one of my sketches at Nuts About Sketches and an older The Scrapping Spot kit.

This photo was taken after Nick and I finished shooting SEVERAL rounds at clay pigeons. Needless to say, Nick is a VERY good shot and I'm bruised. That doesn't mean that I didn't get any...it just means that he more-than-likely shot more ;) I haven't shot clay pigeons for 10+ years. Oh, and he's not THAT much taller than me. He must be standing on higher ground...yeah...that's it.

Thanks for stopping by!

I couldn't decide if I was going to add journaling to this layout, which is what the Pagemaps sketch called for. I obviously decided against it. I LOVE this sketch!

Here are my darling children in the midst of celebrating Blake's 9th birthday.

Kaila had her hair braided the night before this was taken. She liked how wavy it was and wanted a photo :)

These are last day of school photos.

Look at the progress of my bathroom! Charlie worked hard last weekend to build out my closet, which is almost 3 feet deep!

We had a great first day of Summer vacation. The children played, swam and rode the four wheeler.
